About Janice

Born in GA, most of my career was spent in the legal field. With 17+ years in legal marketing and business development, I’ve helped develop and train 150+ law firms nationally. It was a rewarding career that required great amounts of travel. Real Estate had always been a hobby and a passion, buying, selling and staging homes. When it became time to make a career change, it became time of do what I love and that was to help families connect with homes that they love. I feel that I’m in the family enrichment business because there it’s such a great feeling helping to start a home.

I know the importance of a home- it’s where families are created, birthdays and holidays are celebrated. it’s our refuge at the end of the day and, sometimes, where retirement begins..

It was really great working with Janice. She was knowledgeable about our situation and what steps to take throughout the home buying process. She explained each steps carefully and in details and was always available to answer our questions and to show us the progress of the house as it was being built. Even after the purchase she came through with many recommendations for businesses we can use make our house better. We highly recommend her to anyone who wants to purchase a house (property) in or around Edmond, Oklahoma area. Definitely give her a call.

Janice Winchester is the apitomy of professional. We used her on both the buying and selling side and both times she amazed me with her incredible patience and professionalism. She didn’t miss anything, showed us homes in our price range with the “must haves”we were looking for so our time was never wasted.
