Janie has earned designations as both a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Her studies, together with vast experience, have made her an expert in negotiating, selling homes, and making her clients’ dreams come true.

Her comprehensive Marketing Plan, which includes professional staging and magazine quality photography, have contributed to her success, and keeps her clients returning for over the years! She treats each and every client like family and her goal is to do the right things for the right reasons every day.

On a personal note, Janie’s faith is the guiding force in her life. She has a heart for children’s charities and is a supporter of the local military families. Janie has a strong desire to give back and pay it forward, which she demonstrates by financially supporting her favorite charities, including Open Hearts Children’s Charity, Compassion International, and our local Wounded Warrior Home from each of her Real Estate sales.

She is happily married to the love of her life and is extremely proud of their three adult children and their amazing spouses. Naturally, she absolutely adores and takes great satisfaction in spoiling her grandchildren, who affectionately call her Mimi.
