My husband and I recently worked with Janie to purchase a home in the competitive Madison housing market. Janie was so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the whole process. She was always super supportive and always available to talk and answer any of our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better agent helping us through buying our home.

Janie was a joy to work with. Buying in a highly competitive market is really stressful, but Janie always had a plan to put in place when things started to go awry. She was very patient with us as we looked at nearly 50 houses to get a strong sense of what we wanted in a home. We wrote offers on seven other properties before we got our house. Each time we had a rejected offer Janie would call us personally and discuss ways we could be more competitive on the next one. Couldn't have asked for a better agent during our home search!

Janie was an amazing realtor especially for me being a first time home buyer. She was very helpful in ensuring that the process was fully explained and understood. She was also always responsive regardless of when questions needed answered no matter the time of day. Most of all she was always looking out for what was best for my situation.

Whenever I am in need of a realtor again Janie will be my first call.
