Janie Spitznagel

After 25 years in the Financial Service Industry, most recently as a Vice President and Trust Advisor at a local Bank, Janie decided to switch her career to Real Estate. Janie has been a Realtor since March of 2012 and received the Multi-Million Dollar Producer award after her first full year as an agent. During her years as a Trust Advisor, she administered over three hundred retirement and trust accounts, focusing her attention on customer service and detail. Janie believes in providing high quality service to her clients and is incredibly happy that she can continue this service as a Real Estate agent. Semonin is known for its dedication to honesty, and integrity in serving its customers, and Janie's goal is to see that this is passed on to each of her clients. Her mission is to make the real estate transaction a smooth transition for her buyers and sellers by providing professional guidance through the complex process.
