This was the first time I’ve purchased a home and it’s because I had the most outstanding, incredible, realtor, Janie Weller!! The whole process was smooth!! Janie was always willing to answer any and every question I had, and never made me feel bad for all the silly questions I had. She was always willing to meet me at the house anytime I needed as well. Janie was absolutely wonderful in helping my husband and I find and purchase our first home. She was friendly, helpful, great at communicating, easy to work with, and did a great job of listening to what we wanted and finding a myriad of house to look out within a short period of time. She walked us through the offer and first steps of the closing process and had great information about the area and other professionals. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great realtor who will really go the extra mile to help you with your home purchase or sale.

Janie was an amazing realtor. She always responded quickly, offered great information and was very helpful. She knew our budget and the style of home we wanted and she delivered. Janie was able to schedule walk through that worked with our time and she even helped us with references for inspection and mortgage company. She was always friendly, nice and very helpful. If we ever need to sell our house or look to buy a new house I would highly recommend her Janie Weller.
