I really can’t say enough good things about Janiece and the way she does business. The entire time, she made me feel important and like I was her only client when she was dealing with me. Janice Benjamin of Long & Foster was consistent in helping me find buyers for the sell of my home at 3433 W. Bonner Dr in Norfolk, Va. She offered price comparisons on homes in the area and quotes from property inspectors all without being my agent! In addition to that, she called weekly to see how the process was unfolding and gave advice on how to approach and proceed with potential buyers. Lastly, she did all of this while I was working contact out of state in Dallas, TX. She’s definitely one of a kind and is a valuable asset to Long & Foster. Janiece was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to my needs and wants in a home, and she met all of them! Janiece showed me homes during the week and on weekends, including Sundays until I found the perfect home.
