Janine helped me buy a Condo as a rental property and is in the process of helping me rent it out in Jersey City. Her knowledge of the comparative price in the neighborhood is excellent both in terms of buying and renting. She was always available and super helpful. I could not recommend enough. She was always honest even if it was against her best interest, she has my best interest in mind.
