Janine Greenberg was awesome!! Moving here from California was insanely stressful and after getting scammed on one rental we decided using a professional would be out best option as we’re were coming sight unseen. She went to the property and gave us a virtual tour and verified every was legit! We are so happy! She also checked in with us to make sure we were settling into our new area nicely! Will definitely be keeping her number for when we are ready to buy a home!

Janine gave us a very clear explanation of the process and timelines at that first meeting. It helped us realize that we would need more time and preparation before we could buy a house. Janine was an amazing source of support during an extremely difficult time. As executor of my mother’s estate, she helped my plan the timing of the sale, set realistic expectations about sale price and walked me through the process. That’s what I expected. What I didn’t expect was the additional support, help with finding contractors, being my local contact and keeping an eye on the home that allowed me to be home in CT grieving and caring for my family. As a homeowner for the last 22 years, with many sentimental values to our home, we were fortunate to have met with a real estate agent Janine Greenberg. She understands our values and walked us through the process of selling our 1st home and purchased of a new one to embark on our new beginnings. She was there every steps of the way, from the beginning of the listing through selling, buying and closing on both properties at a timely manner.

Janine listened to our needs, opinions and preferences, and always gave her best expert advices. She responds quickly and provides full transparent communication. She answered all our questions (more than ever) even in late night hours texts and emails. Every time we want to see a new home, she thoroughly specs the property, gave us pros and cons of a home prior to viewing, therefore times were not wasted.

Her marketing skills landed us with 18 offers within few days, exceeded what we could have asked and expected on the price....we were astounded and grateful for that. Janine has been so amazing on this move! I started searching for places online and out of state when I was contacted about working with an agent. It was SUPER helpful to have someone in the area who was familiar, worked with the myriad of requirements my move had, and was always available to help and answer any questions that I had.

Upon moving, we ran into some unexpected issues, but Janine was there to help us through every single one of them! I have never seen someone work so hard to make sure their client had everything they needed! So glad that I found Janine and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Janine is Amazing! I was in GA looking for a home and Janine went ABOVE AND BEYOND to work with me, going to different homes and providing virtual tours, scouring homes for my specifications, etc. And all during a global pandemic.
