Janis Fuhrman

Janis has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer in the Ridgewood area since 1992. She holds three prestigious real estate designations, the CRS, GRI and SRES. Her most recent, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist, gives her additional expertise in dealing with the needs of ‘Baby Boomers’ and Seniors, who are the fastest growing segment of the housing market.

Janis and her husband, Bob, have lived in Ridgewood since 1988. Their two sons, Eric and Alex, are graduates of the Ridgewood School System. Janis and Bob are founding members of the Ridgewood Ice Hockey Foundation. Janis has been involved with the Ridgewood High School Jamboree to raise money for scholarships and serves on their Board of Trustees. She has also served on the board of the Inter-religious Fellowship of Bergen County and the Transitional Housing Committee of the Junior League of Bergen County. She is an active member of the College Club of Ridgewood and has produced several College Club Capers productions.

Janis is an integral part of Terrie O’Connor Realtors and the Ridgewood community. She looks forward to putting her knowledge of Ridgewood and the surrounding towns to work for her clients.
