A resident of Bastrop County for over 30 years, Janis Penick has seen this area grow and prosper. She and her husband, Charles, moved from Austin, TX to a ranch outside of Smithville, TX, where they raise cattle. A third generation REALTOR®, Janis is following the footsteps of her mother and grandmother after spending 30 years in management and sales/marketing. She has taken her previous career experience that includes customer service, negotiation skills and marketing and applied it to her real estate clients.
