Janna was recommended to us by a friend and I'm so thankful she was. We moved to AZ a little over a year ago and was renting a house in Chandler. Due to COVID, we weren't able to get out much and explore the neighborhoods so when it was time to buy a house we were really unsure of where we wanted to settle. Janna's knowledge of the east valley was extremely beneficial to us and helped us make our decision. After months of looking and Janna being with us every step of the way, we found our dream home which was a new build in Queen Creek. Without Janna's expertise, we would have been lost during this process. She was always available to us for questions and even attended all of our appointments and walk-throughs at the new house. She is a realtor with super star customer service skills and I would recommend her to any and everyone. Thank you Janna!

She was able to show homes at the drop of a hat, and was fully involved in all steps of the process, which is so necessary to compete in the crazy market. Because Janna made my home selling experience the most seamless process, I didn't hesitate to ask her to participate in helping me find a new build.
She gave such valuable advice and recommendations for getting my property ready to list that when I viewed the pictures taken by the photographer she hired, I was amazed that I was looking at my home. The process of evaluating each of the multiple offers I received was made easy by her knowledge of both market trends and recent sales in my area. With her help, I was able to accept one of many over-asking- price offers within 24 hours of my home being listed.
Her background in the construction industry due to a family business made her equally valuable when looking for my new build. She was with me every step of the way and even helped me negotiate the best value ever with the Builder. Her many contacts with people in the trades then made my home improvements/upgrades even smoother.
