Highly recommend Jansen for serious buyer, especially those who want a new home on a hurry! Jasen helped us land a place after 3 months of searching during the most difficult time in history (COVID Season). He was thorough in helping to evaluate the properties we were looking to purchase and proactive in acquiring necessary information on the property. He made himself available multiple times a week for showings. He contacted multiple realtors a weeks to schedule showings. In the short span of 2 months, he took the time to prepare about 6 different offers for us. He advise me on the amount i should offer for my place, essentially saving me 15k. Once we did get an accepted offer, he was there the entire time until closing, helping with the Loan Providers, the seller's realtor, and the Attorneys. Thanks Jansen, hope to work with you soon!

Jansen was an AWESOME agent! He always answered his phone and replied to emails swiftly. He is very informative and was very knowledgeable. I love how he made us enjoy buying our first home. He also made us feel at ease and was on top of his game. He is also very passionate about what he does he made sure that we found our right home. He just made us feel so comfortable. He really listened to what WE wanted and we’d use him again the next time we buy a home. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were looking to move our family from NY to NJ last year. Being that this would be our 3rd home we wanted to be sure it would be our last and forever home. Jansen throughout the whole process was amazing from searching/scheduling home tours til the day of closing. He always seemed to ease our anxieties and was always calm, patient, and responsive to our questions/concerns. Forever thankful to Jansen for our forever home in the most beautiful picturesque neighborhood! Highly recommend !

Jansen was referred to us by a close friend and we are truly happy that we stuck with him throughout our entire house hunting process! We had met with a few other realtors and not one of them gave us the feeling that they were there with our best interest at heart. They felt mechanical and stiff, however working with Jansen was like working with a good friend, who had your back! (and now I would like to consider him a friend!) That said, Jansen conducted himself with utmost professionalism and respect. Jansen’s patience and his attention to details are unparalleled. There was never a day that went by in the 3months process to find and close on a house, where Jansen was not in touch with us. He provided updates as soon as they were available and was always on top of things, never dropping the ball! Many a times, when my super excited husband was ready to put in an offer, Jansen would remain calm and collected and would simply say “guys, go home and think about it, sleep on it and then decide.” We truly appreciated that because we would realize the next day ,that that house was not the right fit for us! He is honest in his opinions. He listens, and tried to understand what it is that’s important to you so that he can conduct his search and provide you with listening that are meaningful, that also meets your “must haves” and “nice to haves”. I could go on and on, but best I stop here so that I don’t lose the message of this review, and that is, if you are looking for a patient, knowledgeable, diligent and professional realtor, to find your forever home, Jansen is your guy!

The key to being successful when working with people (customers) is putting them first. Jansen is the epitome of putting you first. With that approach, you get nothing but the best results because your success is ultimately his success. Jansen was tasked with helping us find and close on our 'forever' home. He understood our needs, budget, family situation, and talked through our priorities. All while challenging us when necessary. I mean, do you really want a 'yes man' to be your realtor? I didn't think so. A 'yes man' will let you have full control but ultimately you, as a customer, have done yourself a disservice by not getting that full 360 view of the situation and transaction. Much like a fitness trainer is looking out for your long-term best interest, Jansen wasn't there to just complete a transaction and go through the motions. He holds himself accountable to the recommendations, insight, and advice he provides. He has a passion for helping people because of the genuine heart he has. This speaks a lot to his character and his commitment to you as a customer. We saw numerous houses during a pandemic in which property values were rising and many properties had competing offers within hours/days of first listing. Jansen helped our offer stand out from the rest and our bid was accepted for the home of our future! He and his team are so strategic that I was not made aware of ways to "sweeten the pot" when I bought our first home four years ago. I learned so much about this process through him that I truly felt like he left no stone unturned. Jansen is no 'yes man' but I am absolutely sure that when you reach your milestones with him at your side, you'll definitely be saying 'YES MAN!" 10/10 would recommend again.
