Jared Anderson

His passion for Real Estate didn't start until after college. He grew up with both parents working as Real Estate Brokers for Gig Harbor Windermere. That being said, he was almost certain that he would choose a different career path. After finishing his last year at Olympic college on a full ride scholarship for basketball, he found himself beyond fascinated in the business of selling and buying homes. The first week after college, he decided to dedicate all his time studying Real Estate, marketing, and how the Real Estate market trends from year to year.

Despite all the negative stereotypes about Real Estate Agents, he came to the decision that he would be a full time Broker at Gig Harbor Windermere. With that being the case, he had one goal in mind. That goal is to restore the community's confidence in the fact that there are still trustworthy Real Estate Brokers that have your best interest in mind and put your needs before their own. He wants to provide his clients with much more than just numbers, prices, and percentages. Taking all that into consideration, he came up with his mission statement that he bases his work ethic off of.

His mission statement is: "To provide Pierce County with best customer service, highest integrity, constant communication, and the most elite skills Real Estate has to offer, while creating a bond that doesn't end at closing".
He plans to restore the integrity of the business one house at a time and that starts with you!
