Having a realtor like Jared, who advocates for his clients is really rare. In addition to his passion for helping, he's very knowledgeable and can read and intuit the market well. He will explain why he's doing something and in my experience, his forecasts and reasonings come to fruition. Highly recommend this person!

Jared had a unique way of solving issues that we kept hitting. He was amazing at keeping me informed, but more than anything keeping positive and reassured throughout everything was what kept me sane.
It was especially refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cared and wanted to see me get everything I was asking for.
