Jared Behrens

Jared Behrens is the Vice President and Broker of American Realty Property Management. Jared has been managing properties for over 10 years and was the first employee at American Realty. Jared began at American Realty with only 45 properties under management and has led the organization to over 650 units in two West Michigan cities. Jared has been an integral part of asset management, people management and maintenance at American Realty. Jared has extensive knowledge in building maintenance, marketing and negotiations. Jared is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Jared is currently a candidate for the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate.
