Hello, I am 23 years old and decided it was time to purchase my first home. I got set up with a realtor named Jared. The moment I met Jared I knew were connected for a reason. He has to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He has great energy and definitely is passionate about what he does and that is finding the perfect home for you. In today’s market it was extremely hard to get a home but he kept it positive and really helped when I felt like giving up. We went through countless offers on multiple homes and man it was definitely a crazy ride. We finally found a home and got approved and it definitely was meant for me. Close to family and just pretty much everything I could ask for. Took some time hit Jared stuck by my side through the whole process with great follow up each day and really worked his but off getting this home for us. I will highly recommend Jared to any family or friends in the market to buy a home!

Jared, I definitely will come see you again when I’m ready to purchase another home, hopefully within the next 2 years!

Jared is a great Realtor. He is very patient in this very stressful market. He has a great head for business. Jared is extremely professional and a great negotiator who is tenacious in fighting for his clients. I know when we get into a contract with Jared, it is going to generate a CLOSED escrow.
