Since 2005, Riverside native Jared Jones has consistently placed in the top 1% of agents in the region. By putting his clients first, working tirelessly to help them achieve their goals, providing outstanding customer service, using the latest technology, and staying informed of industry changes, he’s earned his reputation: 90% of his business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

Immersed in the industry from a young age, Jared possesses a strong understanding of real estate, including its economic fundamentals. Now, as a successful broker and personal investor, he has flipped more than 200 homes and is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He offers full transparency to his clients, which includes sharing his network of contractors and private lenders with them.

An aspect of Jared’s business that gives him immense satisfaction is Home For Home™, the nonprofit he founded in 2012. Home For Home™ takes a percentage of each sale to build homes in Guatemala for families in need. As of 2019, the nonprofit has built more than 70 homes there—and counting. Jared believes that those in need should also be able to experience the power of real estate and its often life-changing effects.
