Jared was awesome to work with and definitely made the stress of buying a home out of state easy! He was great about sending links for new houses as they came on the market and was very helpful when showing houses and giving feedback on neighborhoods when we were in town. We eventually fell in love with a house we saw online and he was out at the property that morning to FaceTime with us and show us the house. We put an offer in that day without seeing the house in person because we were so comfortable with Jared. One year later and no regrets! We even had Jared’s team out for landscaping work and to install our backsplash, white subway tiles in herringbone pattern, which we love! Looking forward to working with him and his team in the future.
