Jared was excellent to work with. We initially started talking to him about building a home with Buhr which would have been great but our shorter timeline lead us to purchasing an existing home. Jared adjusted to our needs and has been a tremendous resource for us as we move to Lincoln from out of state. We have already recommended him to friends who may also be moving to Lincoln. Jared was fantastic to work with on our new home build from start to finish. He is incredibly knowledgeable about every single part of the entire process, and was an invaluable guide throughout. We had many, many questions and requests on our build, and not once did we ever feel like we were a burden. (Even though I'm certain we must have been) If you are thinking of building with Buhr, you will absolutely have a good experience with Jared!

Jared was amazing helping us sell our first home and then guiding us through the process of building our next home. We were unsure when would be the best time to sell our home and also what additional improvements we should do prior to listing. Jared advised us on both and listed our house at the perfect time, which got us a great return on our investment. We met Jared by chance at an open house. What immediately struck us was his straightforward demeanor, no performance, just honest takes on current market conditions and what options Buhr offered. Jared's introduction was a deciding factor in why we built with Buhr.

During the build, Jared was responsive, returning emails within a day - no matter how long winded our questions or far fetched our concerns. This was our first time building a home and our first time buying a home at all. Jared provided guidance and peace of mind throughout the entire process. All the more impressive because we built in 2021 during a pandemic while supply chains, labor, and housing markets were in chaos.

My family can’t thank Jared enough for the valuable support and service he provided. From day 1 it was apparent that Jared was there for us and was going to do whatever he needed to insure the process was as painless as possible.

My 87 year old mother had lived in her house for 43 years. It was hard for her to leave half her life behind but Jared’s responsiveness made it much easier for her to handle. He made the one hour trip countless times and his persistence paid dividends when the sale was completed.

We are grateful to Jared for his unique ability to provide the level of professionalism required while at the same time making you feel like you are as important to him as a family member. I would not hesitate to recommend Jared to anyone who is looking for a conscientious, hard working realtor!

I moved to Lincoln after living in Arizona for 46-years. I sold my home in Arizona and had an excellent realtor helping me do that. I asked him if he would find me a realtor in Lincoln that would offer the same quality of professionalism and responsiveness he had given to the buying process. He called me and told me about Jared Nielsen. I contacted Jared on a Sunday and he called back almost immediately. After speaking with him for about 5-minutes, I knew I had found a very good realtor. When I arrived in Lincoln, he began helping me immediately. I was able to find and put an offer on a house two weeks after getting here. The buying process was smooth and easy and I credit Jared's knowledge of the market, professionalism and integrity as a realtor.
