As a Land Development Specialist, Jared’s 25 years of experience in real estate comes with a unique perspective of two rich heritages. A 4th generation real estate developer, his philosophies of real estate development are deeply rooted in longstanding familial traditions. Partnered with the historical and far-reaching development and brokerage brands, Jared has leveraged a unique opportunity for land owners, equity partners, and joint ventures inside the Development and M&A space.

Jared received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah in Speech Communication and Spanish, his Master’s Certificate of Urban Planning, and obtained his Master's Degree of Real Estate Development from the same prestigious university, all being formative learning experiences that eventually led him to real estate acquisition, entitlement and development. These additional certifications and designations helped Jared navigate the sometimes difficult transactions and situations for the benefit of a transaction.

A stickler for utilizing state-of-the-art marketing tools, along with tried-and-true communication avenues, Jared takes advantage of the latest technologies and resources in order to achieve the best possible outcome. His technical specialization in the real estate market and lower mid-market mergers and acquisitions also gives him a unique advantage.

He is a native Utahan who balances his passion for real estate with the tremendous outdoor playground that Utah affords. Fortunately, his two amazing kids help keep him on track, and you may have already spotted him trekking in the mountains or on his road bike, playing tennis, or losing at handstand contests with his daughter.
