Jared Scaringe

Jared Scaringe is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group in Indianapolis. He specializes in strategic planning and executing transactions for local, regional, and global organizations. In the past three years, Jared’s’ team has completed over 60M square feet of real estate transactions, with a total consideration of over $3.0B.

In addition to providing strategic transaction services, the team manages the deployment of specialty services, including labor analytics, supply chain analysis, capital markets, debt/equity finance, project management, and economic incentives. They manage and execute the full range of real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, build-to-suits, alternative financing structures, etc.) across a client’s geographic footprint. The team advises industrial, life sciences, healthcare, financial services, and professional services organizations on various property types, including Industrial, office, land, and specialty assets such as laboratories and manufacturing.
