Jarrad Coletta

Jarrad graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2003 and decided to take on Real Estate as a full-time career.
With a B.A. in Business, he has a vast knowledge of business models, practices, financing, and marketing which has helped him find his place within the Commercial Real Estate industry. Jarrad specializes in investments ranging from Multi-Family & Mixed-Use to Single Tenant Net Leased investments. He has also expanded into the Retail Leasing/Tenant Rep and now represents a number of multi-unit franchise operators. He has been trained by the best the area has to offer, and will continue to grow Coletta Commercial Realty through meshing “old school” practices with rapidly growing technology.
