We worked with Jasmari Rodriguez in the spring of 2018 to purchase our first home and we were so pleased with her services that we decided to use her again to sell our current home and purchase a new construction home. We received multiple offers the first day our house went on the market, thanks in large part to Jasmari’s incredible work. Jasmari brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we were in a multiple offer situation, Jasmari helped us in choosing the best buyer based on her knowledge and experience. Jasmari was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). We decided to purchase our new home out of town (2 hours away) and Jasmari has always made time out of her very busy day to drive up with us and personally attend our meetings with our builders. She is always so responsive and is really the sweetest person. We had a great experience and will always recommend her to anyone we know would benefit from her services.

Jasmari really listened to my needs and assisted me with the sale of my Condo. She stuck by my side through the whole process. She provided great advice about the RE market and conditions. She was always available to show the unit. I feel she was very professional and really nice woman. I am very happy with her performance. I would highly recommend her.

I dont know how she did it, but out of 18 offers, I got my dream house. Even tho she was out of the country when I contacted her to see the house, she made it happen. Very strong smart realtor. She even got me a 10k seller credit!! I am very happy with how everything fell into place! Highly recommended!
