My wife and I absolutely LOVED working with Jasmina!! She was always willing to work with our schedules, listened to our needs/wants and answered all of our questions as first time homebuyers. Jasmina was recommended to us by several friends. Her reputation was excellent, and everyone who recommended her sang her praises. They were not wrong! We were moving to the area from out of state, and with the market being what it was, buying a new house seemed daunting. Jasmina was the consummate professional from the start. She was responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. She met us on short notice when we happened to be in the area for the weekend and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. She made time to provide virtual tours for us, was available to take our calls, and went above and beyond for us. With her guidance and expertise, the first offer we made in our top location, no less, was accepted! Jasmina made the buying process a walk in the park. We trust her completely and would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to family and friends. She's who you want on your team!

Jasmina West of Triumph Realty is be far the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. She was extremely accommodating, answering text messages, phone calls, and emails in both the early morning hours, and late into the evenings, even on the weekend. She was wonderful in helping us purchase our home . My wife found the home online we ended up purchasing but jasmina still helped us walk through the process of getting the home . She had a great selection of homes before we found the one we purchased but still couldnt complain about her at all . She was quick to respond no matter if it was 7am or midnight. I'll be recommending her to anyone I know looking for a home in the future !!

So incredibly helpful.
We did not want a realtor at first, we were afraid of having a middle man that could slow down the communication between seller and buyer.

Jasmina has been so awesome, she listens very well and will make sure she sends you what you want, and extremely respectful of your budget. She always answers the phone and has tremendous patience.
