Jasmine Baynes

Jasmine Baynes has been serving the Chicagoland area for five years as a real estate agent. She began her career in 2014 with Coldwell Banker, where she quickly excelled, she earning rookie of the year honors. In 2019, Jasmine was recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as a Top Producing Agent in Chicago.

She has successfully closed over 150 transactions over the course of her five years and has worked with buyers, sellers, and investors in both residential and commercial transactions.

Jasmine is a real estate investor herself, having purchased a residential building in 2016, which she later rehabbed and now leases to tenants. She possesses a true passion for real estate and a strong desire to educate others, which makes her an outstanding agent. Jasmine is adept at guiding her clients through the acquisition and disposition processes, providing peace of mind.

Jasmine joined the team at Atlas Asset Management in 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in 2011.
