In December, 2013 I graduated from ERA’s Top Gun Academy. This is ERA’s Training Course for top agents in the nation. To graduate, I was required to meet or beat a certain set of criteria every week for 8 weeks. I also had a certain amount of targets that I had to meet. It was a fantastic 8 weeks and I am not utilizing everything that I have learned.
