Jason Allen

Prior to joining the Pleasanton office of Kidder Mathews in 2019, Jason spent fifteen years at Colliers International focusing on investment transactions. Before his career in real estate, he worked in public accounting in the area of international taxation. Jason worked for two of the “Big 4” accounting firms, including an assignment in Paris, France with KPMG working in their International Expatriate Services Group (IESG). During this time, he traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East and later joined AirTouch Communications (acquired by Vodafone Group Plc) as their international tax manager, based in San Francisco. In this role, he maintained tax oversight and planning for the company’s international assignee population.

After nearly five years in that role and with a plan to focus on real estate investment groups, which initially catered to many of his former tax clients and colleagues, Jason embarked upon a career in real estate. In little time, he was able to leverage his background in taxation and financial analysis into an active career in commercial and high-end residential investment real estate. His experience has grown over the years to include office, retail and residential leasing activities, with a focus remaining on investment sales. With many clients based in Asia, Jason has earned repeated and referral business as their knowledgeable, reliable and trusted real estate advisor in California. Jason works throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, with an emphasis on San Francisco and the East Bay. Representing both buyers and sellers, his meticulous nature and familiarity with financial and real estate concepts has proven to be an asset to his clientele.

A graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB), Jason lives in Danville with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, various fitness pursuits and is an avid skier.
