Jason Bedsole

Jason Bedsole is a San Diego Native that loves to travel, but will never call anywhere else home. He has a passion for building relationships, helping others and giving back in his community. In the end, he loves to win and he is ready to outwork the competition to achieve that result. In Real Estate Jason has realized that winners need to do 3 things - take risks, never be complacent and know their local market. For Jason his success with the aforementioned, resulted in him and his Wife (Breann) buying and selling 2 properties before he ever obtained his Real Estate license. He understood very early that in order to achieve financial freedom, Real Estate must be a part of any savvy investors portfolio. He saw first hand how he could positively impact his life, and has a passion to help every person he contacts achieve the success he has experienced.

Jason graduated from Valhalla High School in El Cajon, CA and proceeded to attend Palomar College in San Marcos, CA. He was an athletic standout while at Palomar College, a Captain on the Wrestling team and was a 2X All American in his time there. This resulted in Jason being offered an athletic scholarship to attend California State University, Fresno (Fresno State). After 1 year away, he moved back to San Diego and completed his B.A. in Business Marketing at National University. Jason completed multiple certification programs throughout his corporate career path of 15 years, but is most proud of his designation as a Certified Forensic Interview. He achieved many accolades while in various roles at Nordstrom, Gap Inc & Ralph Lauren. He was routinely seen as a leader and delivered industry leading results in each of the positions he held.

Raised as a child in Jamul, CA, he continues to call East County his home to this day. Jason began a career in Retail at Nordstrom in Horton Plaza. Over the next 15 years he had great success in the industry, and eventually became a Regional Manager for Ralph Lauren. Jason is Married (Breann Bedsole) and with 3 Boys (Luke, Landon & Logan) He loves coaching Youth Sports, and volunteering in his community.
