Jason’s clients rely on his ability to filter through all the noise and figure out what is most important. He takes a holistic approach to each clients’ real estate journey considering all of their contributing factors and offering them a viable path forward. Jason is known for his diligence and work ethic, and while he is an incredibly hard worker, he offers his clients comfort and calm throughout the process.

Above all, Jason respects the significance of what for many people, is the biggest financial transaction of their lives. Drawing from his previous career in the financial industry as a commodity trader and institutional derivatives broker for Eurodollar futures, Crude Oil and Natural Gas figures and options, Jason uses his expert negotiation skills to ensure his clients get the best possible outcome.. He possesses a high-level of customer service skills, and strives when working with competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Having grown up in Brooklyn, and attending St. John’s University in Queens, NY, Jason has spent over 35 years exploring every aspect of the city and what it has to offer. When not assisting his real estate clients, he lives an active lifestyle, snowboarding, biking, driving cars, and golfing. Jason is an executive board member of InHer City Chic, a nonprofit organization providing in-style chic clothing and mentoring services to young women aged 16 to 25 in underserved communities.
