Jason Boulay

Jason Boulay is a Rhode Island native, growing up in Warwick, and going to college in Rhode Island as well. He attended Bryant University in Smithfield, where he received a bachelor's in business administration with cum laude honors in management and finance.

While pursing his bachelor’s degree, he took the opportunity to combine his thirst for knowledge and mix it with his love of traveling by studying abroad in London, UK. While abroad, he was able to travel to many of the popular destinations in Europe and immerse himself in the local culture.

Jason followed his passion for real estate and entered into property management. He sharpened his sales and marketing skills, which allowed him to effectively lease apartments to renters while maintaining a superior level of customer service during their residence. After a number of successful years leasing, he was promoted to a management position and oversaw a number of large apartment communities throughout the state.

After a decade of experience in property management, Jason left his corporate position and shifted his focus to residential homes, helping families buy and sell.
