Education and Background
Jason grew up in Kirkland until his family decided to move to the country “Woodinville” in the mid 1970’s. He graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He worked for William E. Buchan Homes paying his way through college and developing skills that he did not realize at the time would become relevant in his current career. He then spent several years in construction materials sales working with many of the premier builders, developers, and architects in the Puget Sound area. He was also a corporate account executive for a software company in Redmond working in a fast-moving environment covering the west coast. Jason is a certified Real Estate Appraiser and owned his own appraisal company for several years. He has built homes and extensively remodeled homes and investment properties. His experience in the building industry, corporate sales, and real estate appraisal industry has been beneficial in becoming a well-versed Real Estate Professional. His professional real estate career utilizes a full range of skill sets for his clients in home buying and selling. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with clients in real estate, competently leading them throughout the entire process.

Personal
The Kirkland/Woodinville/Kenmore areas have been his home for over 40 years. Jason lived in Woodinville WA in the community of Hollywood Hill for 30 years. He is an Inglemoor High School graduate and WSU Alumni. His three children attended school in the Northshore School District where he has been an active volunteer. He enjoyed coaching youth sports which included Football, Basketball, Soccer, Baseball and Wrestling.
