Jason Crum

Jason and his wife purchased their first home in the Santa Cruz mountains without knowing the first thing about mountain living. Unfortunately, their purchase included endless nightmare scenarios of a poorly remodeled home. The property had a multitude of issues that ranged from a lack of drainage, failed septic system, flooding, roof leaks, mold, and more. They were heartbroken that their first family home was not “completely remodeled" as advertised. This turned into painful years of legal processes. From this experience Jason became dedicated to preventing others from ever experiencing what they went through. Jason guides his clients through an educational home examination that includes a thorough understanding of neighborhoods, microclimates, terrain, and home types. Brandi and Jason will provide qualified experts to answer your questions and concerns. They have both learned that having a game plan and team of trusted professionals are fundamental ingredients to a successful real estate transaction.

Jason has over 15 years of corporate marketing/project management experience working with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He grew up in the construction trades and his family business was residential remodeling throughout Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties. This experience provides a key backdrop in his career of project management and residential remodeling for clients.

The community is important to Jason. Ha has managed local bands and a record label and created one of the first youth-inspired skateboard companies. Jason also coached one of the youngest skateboard teams in the country. This led to an opportunity for him to help future pro-skaters navigate the complicated world of competition skateboarding. Some of the team riders Jason mentored can be found in the X-Games today.
