With nearly two decades in real estate and a background in communication, coaching, and nonprofit leadership, Jason Cryer is anything but ordinary. Jason Cryer joined Monument Realty in 2020 with a deep belief in people-first leadership—and he’s been building momentum ever since. What started as a passion for real estate, recruiting and mentorship quickly evolved into a mission: to help agents unlock their full potential while elevating the standard of service in North Texas real estate.

Over the years, Jason has served as a recruiter, Director of Agent Education, and Director of Monument Realty Fort Worth. In 2025, he stepped into the role of Director of Monument West, overseeing both the Fort Worth and Flower Mound offices. Through every chapter, his focus has remained consistent: build better agents, foster meaningful community, and lead with heart and strategy.

Jason is more than a title—he’s a working agent who leads from the trenches. He develops innovative education programs, creates platforms for collaboration, and invests in people, not just production. Whether he’s walking a new agent through their first deal or challenging a top producer to grow beyond their ceiling, Jason brings clarity, energy, and real-world expertise.
