Jason's real estate philosophy revolves around passion, new beginnings, and opportunity. The first property he and his wife, Meg, bought was a small owner-occupy multi-family property in the Congress Park neighborhood. He jumped at the unique situation and transformed the into livable desirable homes to rent out. The process and experience ignited his interest in real estate and altered their future for the better.

Jason’s real estate career forever changed him as an individual and the goals he sets for himself. He had no idea real estate could be such a vehicle for him and he hopes to show and share these experiences with all of his clients. Real estate should be fun, exciting, challenging and rewarding, and he intends to harness these emotions when working with his clients. Jason personally a passion for the real estate industry and enters every new client relationship with the intention of showing how beneficial it can be. His goal is to help clients make smart real estate decisions so they remember a fun and rewarding experience. Whether they are buying their first property, a seasoned investor, successful developer or selling their last home, he wants them to be as well represented as possible.

He enjoys teaching clients about the market so they feel comfortable about their decision. Real estate can be scary, overwhelming and unpredictable at times, but he strives to stay patient, calm and provide thoughtful advisement during these stressful times. He built a successful referral based business by providing each and every client with a positive experience so they are comfortable referring him to their friends, family, and associates.
