Amazing person to work with. Helped us find and purchase our first home. He listened to what we wanted and then spent a whole day driving around until we found just the right house. He wasted no time with waiting around. If something was taking to long or didn't seem right he was on it. Never did we feel like he didn't have our best interests in mind. Didn't get the feel that he was just in it for the sale. Even now 4 months after the sale we still talk to Jason. He definitely treats those he helps like family. We will definitely go back to Jason when we are looking to purchase again.

Jason is the best realtor I've even ever spoken to. I knew right away I wanted to work with him for his honesty, thoroughness, and direct communication style. He's always thinking about potential considerations that may come down the line before we even think about them. He was so passionate & patient in making sure we got the right house for us and was so proactive in taking steps to ensure it was done correctly and properly in our timeline. It was really sweet. We think of Jason as a great professional and an even greater friend, and he's someone you can always call on to ask for advice--he won't give you marketing; he'll give it to you straight.

I have had an amazing experience working with Jason Deming and Deming’s Open Doors Realty. I closed on an investment property few weeks ago, and Jason has single handedly helped me with every single aspect of the deal.

Jason was very responsive, an excellent communicator, very experienced, and extremely friendly. He helped me connect with lenders who were suitable for my funding situation, get a timely and professional inspection (even though there was a long queue), and was very supportive in negotiating with the seller. Throughout the process, we have visited lots of candidate properties near and far, and wrote multiple offers, including one that we pulled together with the cooperating lender on a Sunday in one hour before the offer deadline.

To put things in context, I bought a decent rental property at a reasonable price in a very tough sellers market, and this would not have happened without having Jason on my side. Jason is very well versed in Real Estate transactions and has amazing relationships with supporting teams and entities that are accustomed to dealing with Jason, which made the process seamless and much less stressful than what I have seen in prior experiences.

I would definitely seek out Jason and Open Doors Realty for my future real estate transactions and would whole heartedly recommend Jason as a capable and professional Realtor who adds a lot of value to real estate transactions and, at the same time, is fun to work with.

Jason is the exact type of real estate agent you want in your corner! He takes the role of professionalism and being the client's advocate seriously. Not only that, but Jason was one of the most responsive people I have dealt with in my home purchasing adventure (and really with any purchase honestly). Jason was also exceptional in having connections and knowing exactly who to go to if something was needing ie. Inspection, title, etc... and that is a valuable trait that you can't replace especially in this competitive housing market. I would 100% recommend Jason to anyone needing a real estate broker!

Throughout the entire process of home buying Jason was extremely helpful with any of our questions that came his way. We were first time home buyers with a ton of questions while looking at properties and while talking with the home builders during the initial stages. No matter what time of the day it was Jason made it extremely easily to get a hold of him. During our new construction home build Jason would make a point to reach out to us if we hadn’t talked in a couple weeks for a quick check up/provide updates. Any time we needed something from the builders Jason was quick to get an email out to them in order to get us what we needed to make personal decisions on some things we wanted to do with the house. Jason is definitely somebody you want on your side!
