I chose Jason as my buyers agent after interviewing a few others. What stood out to me was that in the interview he gave me the space needed to ask questions, wasn't overbearing in his answers, and respected that I was interviewing multiple realtors.

My decision turned out to be a good one because I enjoyed working with him. He was able to help me express my 'self' in the buying process by learning how I like to work and matching my flow.

Jason was very personable and responsive when I called him. I had a situation that I needed help with and he was a complete professional. My brother needed to buy a house so I reached out to Jason to see if he could help him with the process. He has done a phenomenal job and I couldn’t be more pleased that I contacted him! Easily the best Realtor in the area, I cannot imagine anyone else who would work harder. Simply put - We would have never got the house we wanted without his efforts. He always responds right away, shoots you straight, gives many helpful suggestions, and works tirelessly to make the deal happen. We bought completely virtual from the West Coast and it we had no issues, as he took care of everything.

Jason is a professional and went above and beyond to help our family find the home we wanted. We are a military family with 3 kids and transferred from Florida to Virginia. Due to covid restrictions we were unable to come to VA to look for a home. This is our third home to buy and we were very specific on what we were looking for making it difficult for Jason. He accepted the challenge with no hesitations and stayed ahead of the market "game" to ensure we didn't miss an opportunity. He sent us daily updates of available houses in our specifications and we sent him plenty. He did virtual showings and videos of over 20 homes till we found what we thought seemed perfect from thousands of miles away. He recommended a home inspector, Curtis who was also solid and looking out for our best interests. Jason is well connected and everyone he works with had our best interest in mind not hesitating to state the truth at every moment. Once we got into the process of making an offer the seller made it very difficult and Jason did not back down to anything that didn't seem right or in our best interest. We got the house of our dreams. We've recommended Jason Edwards to several friends moving in the area with a realm of budgets and he worked hard for all of them to ensure they got exactly what they wanted within their budgets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JASON EDWARDS!

Jason was honest and reliable from the start. He was able to sell our house at the best value and made the process seamless.

No joke. The only stress we had was making the house presentable for showing and packing. Everything else was stress-free.

Showed the house for just a little under 48 hours and we had 14 offers. We had to stop taking offers.! It was under contract just a few days later.

I could not be anymore impressed with his professionalism and assistance. Need to buy or sell your home give him a call immediately!

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor when selling my house! I wish I could have used him for my new home; he was hands down a lot better unfortunately just wasn't licensed in my new area at the time. He went above and beyond, answering mine and potential buyers questions and phone calls at any time. Never a wasted minute. Always personable, friendly and easy to work with, even dealing with hard headed people like myself.

Jason is everything you could ask for in a Realtor! He is very helpful, tech savvy, and knows exactly what he is doing. He answered all of our questions, and if he didn't know the answer he took his time to find out. We came from out of state and needed to buy before we got here and Jason was very adept in doing everything through video chat. If we ever need to buy or sell a house we definitely will be coming back to Jason in the future!

No need to call anyone else-Jason Edward's is the Realtor you want to help you look for your new home. We got paired up with him after 1 phone call, and the rest is history. (Good) History my family and I will always remember. Jason took time to listen to our needs and wants, including our 14 year old daughters wants. We never had to explain anything to him again.
