After spending many years visiting the High Country, I made the decision to call these mountains home in 2008, when I moved here with my wife, Kimberly. We’re proud to raise our two daughters in this beautiful and vibrant community, where they were both born and are growing up surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains. Since relocating, I’ve been deeply involved in the local community, both professionally and personally, and have had the privilege of helping countless families and individuals navigate the real estate market.

In addition to my work as a real estate professional, I’m also passionate about education and public speaking. I teach Public Speaking at Appalachian State University, where I have the opportunity to help students develop critical communication skills. I also travel and speak at special events, offer Private Public Speaking Coaching, and have a diverse range of creative interests—dabbling in everything from painting and poetry to comedy and music.

In real estate, my primary focus is on truly understanding my clients’ needs and desires. Whether they are first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, I take the time to listen carefully and guide them through the process of making informed decisions about their real estate investments. I have extensive experience in managing short-term rental properties, which has allowed me to develop a deep knowledge of both the challenges and opportunities in this market. This expertise makes me especially well-equipped to help clients navigate the complexities of real estate, whether they are looking for a vacation property, a long-term home, or an income-generating investment.
