Our family includes a toddler and an infant and this year we had our hands full with family obligations, work, planning an out of state move, buying a new home, selling our existing home, and preparing for a cross country move. I knew we’d need to have complete trust in our realtor to sell our condo as we’d be making decisions from 1500 miles away.

When we were preparing to sell our beloved condo, we met with a few realtors to see who would be the best fit for our needs and we hit the jackpot with Jason.

From the onset, Jason demonstrated he is knowledgable, organized, a clear communicator, dependable, positive, patient, and so much more. It felt like a good friend was helping us to sell our home and lucky for us, working with Jason also introduced us to his network so we were easily able to complete all of our selling to do lists from contract work to freshen up our home, attorney requirements, and marketing efforts.

We were a bit anxious to take on a double mortgage for an extended period of time and Jason worked with a sense of urgency and took care of everything with regards to preparing and selling our condo. The afternoon we moved out, Jason and his team immediately got to work on preparing our home from a full paint job, minor repairs and staging. He took care of photographs and had the home listed in less than a week. Before we knew it, we received multiple offers and we ultimately accepted an offer over our asking price.

There were a couple of bumps on the path to closing but Jason always over communicated and he was transparent in his recommendations always putting our needs and preferences at the forefront. Overall, Jason made the selling process incredibly easy for us. It was as if we just had to give him the keys, pick an offer, and sign documents. THAT’S IT.

If you’re looking for a realtor to buy or sell your home, please do yourself a favor and give Jason a call. Jason did so much of the heavy lifting for us and I’d choose to work with him a million times over for the dedication he has to guide his clients to meet their goals. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING JASON!

Jason is a fantastic agent! His guidance and knowledge was impeccable. He listened and found exactly what I was looking for! From the beginning, he planned a day with multiple listings for me to get a feel of all the different neighborhoods and then took everything he learned to find me the perfect place! Once my offer was accepted he was in constant commincation with me and the seller to make sure things were getting completed. When there was a delay, he was always trying to get ahead of things and keep things moving along. Most important, he was patient and calming when I would get frustrated with things. I can’t recommend Jason enough as a real estate agent.

When we went to sell our home, we reached out to Jason via Zillow and he replied in less than 24 hours! The entire process with Jason was so smooth. His knowledge of the Jersey City area is second to none, and he is so well connected with other agents, inspectors, and attorneys. Jason walked us through every step of the process: coached us on minor repairs, brought in staging materials, took beautiful pictures, and leveraged his proprietary social media strategy to drive traffic to our open house. Despite rumors of a housing slowdown, within 2 days of listing we had an OFFER ABOVE ASKING!!! Selling our a piece of cake with Jason. He had our true interests at heart and helped us navigate a successful sale like a pro. Some real estate transactions are pretty simple. A realtor shows a few properties, the buyer loves one, submits an offer, it's accepted, all is well. This wasn't one of those transactions. Jason promised during our first phone conversation that, despite our insane situation, he would find us a home we would love forever. He was true to his word. He worked tirelessly on our behalf and never lost his dedication to us, his sense of humor, and his commitment to the promise of a new home. We can't imagine anyone sticking with us despite what has been called our "super crazy sob story." Jason also connected us with everyone we needed to form our team. They all got the job done. We moved in two weeks ago.
Jason, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and we can't wait for our first blow-out barbecue!

My only regret is not finding Jason sooner! We had been having a difficult time with a previous sales agent, who was advising extreme price drops after an extended time on the market. No longer comfortable with their advice, we changed strategies and found Jason. His amazing input helped us receive multiple offers, at a higher price point then we had previously been listed at. He navigated negotiations like a master, and we had the smoothest closing imaginable. His marketing, staging, and attention to detail were impeccable. He was also able to help reassure us, and was a great support after a stressful few months. Don’t make the same mistake we did, if you are looking to sell your home, go straight to Jason.

Jason is amazing—the first ‘to do’ when you decide to sell! I had an enormous job ahead of me listing my house and relocating 15 years of stuff out of state. I was overwhelmed and didn’t even know where to start at our first meeting. Jason is so much more than a realtor! He’s an organizational genius and went beyond anything I could hope for. He really listens and anticipates a need before it’s even on your radar. He wasn’t afraid to roll his sleeves up and met all of my crazy demands. He kept things on schedule from start to finish and his calm demeanor and commitment would instantly lower my stress level. My house sold in under two weeks!! I don’t know how I would have done this without his expertise! Seriously, no task was too big or too small and he packs his humor too. Who doesn’t need that in this housing climate! I would give him 10 stars if I could! My only regret is I couldn’t load him in the moving truck to make finding a new house in a new city run as smoothly!
