Jason Gonzalez

Jason Gonzalez is responsible for new business development, tenant & landlord representation, and market research. He supports the firm's Vice President, Frank Trelles, SIOR, in the execution and implementation of strategy for various leasing and sales assignments.
Mr. Gonzalez's extensive experience in the industrial industry is suited to the success of VIVO Real Estate Group, Inc. His family's freight forwarding/logistics company became his in 2003. Although he sold it in 2007, he still remains part of the Florida Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association. Mr. Gonzalez was involved in the development of Banyan Corporate Center in Medley and two additional free standing buildings in Doral. He also partnered in the development of Village of Dolphin in Miami.
Mr. Gonzalez also diversified by shifting into residential real estate, which allowed him to develop relationships with many banks. This experience became useful when the residential market crashed, with Mr. Gonzalez becoming a preferred agent for Freddie Mac, Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank United, and several of the largest Asset management companies in the U.S.
All of this experience has honed Mr. Gonzalez's proficiency at adaptation and awareness of people's needs, a skill set that he has applied to serving State Street Realty clients since his arrival.
Mr. Gonzalez graduated from Florida International University with a specialty focus on Public Administration.
