Jason is an extremely knowledgeable agent. He talked me into putting my Condominium in the market earlier than I would have imagined. Jason knew the market and I was able to sell it for more than I thought I could. He was always a text or a call away. From start to the closing, he was informative and professional. I've sold 7 homes in 22 years this agent and company has my business for life!

Jason is extremely informative. He goes above and beyond to ensure you find the home of your dreams. He answers his phone at all odd hours (sometimes you’re excited and forget the time lol). He’s done video walk throughs. And even during a pandemic he’s exceeded any expectations. Would recommend and will recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Jason made it very clear from day one he had our best interests in mind, both through his words and his actions. Jason helped us purchase our new home and took us through the journey from start to finish, even though it included being under contract on multiple properties at various points in the process.

Even when things got really challenging, having to deal with a contract disagreement with the other party involved, Jason went through great lengths to do everything in his power to ensure we still had a good experience. He even spent several hours on the phone with us trying to figure out the best path forward.

If I was looking to complete another real estate transaction in the Chicago area, I would turn to Jason in a heart beat!

We are still in communication with Jason even after the sale. Never felt pressured, took time to accommodate our schedule so we could look at homes. Listened and learned what we liked and needed. On one of our last nights out looking he told us he found the perfect home. It gave us the desired space and bedrooms, and it was a perfect home for us. Glad that we were connected with him. Jason put us first and the entire experience was very good.

Jason patiently helped my daughter a 30 year old, first time home buyer and I to find her perfect home. He respectfully asked all the right questions to allow the process to be narrowed to the homes that could be a good fit. He communicated well and consistently. Once we started actually looking at homes, and there were several before the right one was found, he and my daughter became even more in sync such that he was able to help her narrow the search not only in terms of location but as to size and type of home. When we became weary after seeing several "nos", he maintained a calm, patient and even reassuring attitude.

His knowledge of our search area (northwest suburbs) and analysis as to specific homes, in terms of current and resale value was amazing. Further and very important to us were his insights into what repairs may be necessary and even the rough cost of the same. He is highly educated in the construction and remodeling of homes and had many contacts in these fields to whom he reached out to help us answer our questions and offer ideas both before and after the home was chosen and closed. Even after she found her home and he handed her the keys, he went above and beyond by helping us replace the locks.

Unbelievably, even now, several weeks after the closing he is in contact to offer any further assistance necessary including reviewing any remodel bids or helping to find additional contractors. This man was made to be a realtor. He enjoys helping people; seeing new homes and applying his knowledge and expertise to the hunt for the perfect (for you) home. I highly recommend Jason for all the reasons above and the best benefit may well be you go through the sale/purchase of your home with an all around nice guy.

Meet Jason at a open house and I have to say we were impressed. He was not pushy sales person. He took the time to listen to what we want. What we like is that we are not on an automated list of homes that don't work for us. He asks questions on what we like and don't like. We are getting close just haven't found that right one. We recommend him to friends and family.

Great buying experience with Jason! Honest, no-pressure realtor with lots of experience and knowledge about home construction, codes, and real estate law. Definitely helped me stay clear of some houses that I would never have noticed. Will use again thanks Jason!
