Jason Holland

Jason Holland has been in the real estate industry since 2003. He began his career in property management and joined The Simpson Company in 2008 as a crucial part of the Investment Sales Team where he plays a vital role is asset disposition for multiple banking institutions.

Prior to joining The Simpson Company he worked as Senior Vice President with CRJ Realty in Atlanta. He has successfully represented a variety of institutional and local clients in Metro Atlanta and on a National platform. Accompanied with his business and finance background Mr. Holland adds significant value in property consulting, acquisition, and the disposition of real estate assets.

Jason regularly qualifies for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and was a recipient of the “Teamwork” and “Creativity” award for displaying core values with his former company CRJ Realty, Inc.

Jason is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Holland is an active advisory member for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Education Committee. He also spends his time volunteering with the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.

Jason attended the University of Georgia and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor’s of Arts. He currently resides in the city of Atlanta.
