Jason obtained his California Real Estate license in 2010 and has been a full-time realtor since 2013. Coming from a family of realtors, Jason had the distinct advantage of being exposed to all the ins and outs of a real estate transaction for 6 years prior to obtaining his license.

As an original team member of the Holmes Realty Group, Jason has been an integral part to the ongoing success of the team. Jason's comprehensive knowledge of today's evolving market and his unique understanding of a client's needs are a true testament to why he has had continued success, and most importantly, satisfied clients.

Jason also manages the Holmes Realty Group’s social media accounts to ensure that the team’s message to the public is portrayed in its best light. He specializes in producing and editing videography for all listings, as well as creating various marketing films highlighting the team.
