I have been a real estate investor since 1996. Buying and selling over a dozen of my own personal residences and well hundreds of investment properties. I truly belive in the product I am selling. I am a State of Kansas licensed master plumber, licensed master mechanical and licensed residential contractor. I have managed and continue to manage a large local Topeka plumbing, heating and cooling company since 1997.
