Jason was a wonderful agent to work with. I reached out to him months before I began my search to get a feel for the market. He recommended a fantastic lender for me to work with to get more information. Once I got pre-approved for a loan, he was ready to go to find us the perfect home. This insane market made it very challenging to find a home within our budget. However, Jason was able to not only find us a home that was under our budget but also checked all our boxes! He made suggestions on how to make our offer look more appealing but was never pushy about it. During the entire process, Jason was very helpful and took the time to really help us understand the entire process and served as a mentor in the home buying process.
