It was a great(comfortable) experience to work with Jason. He is very professional and knowledgeable. As my seller agent, he knew the market and buyers’ demand very well. I just 100% trusted him and everything was on track. I felt that Jason was alway there 7/24 whenever I needed his help. His reply speed to my text messages and emails was amazing which made me feel that I was his only one VIP customer. His advice to remodel the apartment was proved to be very useful and correct. He communicated with the contractor and supervised the quality of the work. Jason took care of everything. He is not the kind of agent who is just waiting for the offer after listing. He was good at finding potential buyers and communicating with them. He followed up with them and managed to find the reasonable selling price. Jason even helped indicate one title company’s mistake which ensured the case closed on time. I will definitely recommend Jason to my friends who are going to buy or sell houses.
