About Jason

A REAL LOCAL from the fishing village of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. Jason is a lifetime resident of this beautiful area and call it home. His career started in real estate in 1999, working as an assistant to a local REALTOR. There Jason developed skills and knowledge that are used to make his career a success. Jason received his real estate license in 2001 with the desire to help people with purchasing their dream homes, vacation retreats, investments for their future, and building their investment portfolios.

Jason quickly became a successful REALTOR in the area because of his local knowledge and education. His hard work has proven to make him a successful and dedicated top agent throughout my career. Over the past several years, he has received several prestigious awards within my industry.

Education is essential. Jason has worked diligently over the years and has been awarded several designations due to extensive studies in the field of real estate. Jason possess a CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) designation which is awarded to less than 4% of all REALTORS, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and RRS (Recreation Resort Specialist). He is currently a member of the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS, Jacksonville Association of REALTORS, and also a member of the Topsail Island Association of REALTORS where Jason serves on the Board of Directors, which is a position voted on by fellow REALTORS.

In Jason's spare time, he enjoys offshore fishing in his boat named REALTOR and especially enjoys coastal living at its best. Jason also enjoys golfing at one of the local golf courses and spending time on the beach with friends and family.
