We were recommended Legacy by my husband’s client who told us Jason would take care of us. And he did exactly that. We were first time home buyers, newlyweds, and extremely excited but nervous to start our house hunting journey. We were both very naive and inexperienced and I stressed upon meeting Jason how important it was to me to have a realtor we could trust, as I’ve heard many bad stories about being taken advantage of. I liked Jason right off the bat as he was very reassuring, respectful, honest, and very diligent in his work. He was extremely receptive to all of our feedback and what we were looking for, schedule changes we needed, and so intentional in every house he sent us or that we looked at. Intentional would be the best word to describe Jason. Very caring, very proactive, very thoughtful to all of our concerns, needs, wants, and how he treated us. Honestly it felt like we had a family member looking out for us, with our very best interest at heart, always. I also felt very comfortable with Jason and knew I could trust him as he is a faith based, God-centered man. He is open and honest with his faith which only made me like him and trust him even more. He has actively followed up with us making sure we’ve settled in and continues to check in asking if we need anything. I have no doubt if/when we need any realty guidance, he will be the first person we turn to! Legacy made us feel right at home and we love that it’s right in the heart of Wentzville! I cannot recommend them enough!!

We decided last-minute this fall, to list our home while out of state. It was seamless and easier than I could have imagined working with Jason and Robb at Legacy. It was almost too easy it seemed at times because everything fell into place just as we were told it would. My wife and I had to quickly relocate to a different state and the stress of moving on top of selling our home was significantly reduced with the help if Legacy Realty Group. Even though we were states away, they kept us updated the entire time. Our home was on the market for only a few weeks and the selling process took less than 45 days. They were quick, professional, honest, and kind. They treat you like family and they do not take advantage of you. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to sell your home!

We recently moved from out of state and Robb and Julia went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. This meant months of leg work, driving to properties to video walk throughs, and being our eyes and ears when we were so far away. I don't know how people move out of state without a trusted advisor on the other end. We never felt rushed or pressured to settle for something that didn't fit our criteria. We used Legacy Realty Group this year when we decided that our family needed some more space. We found a home that was a perfect fit and Jason spared no time in connecting us with the sellers and making a deal. He was very professional, knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy. He knew how to handle every step of the process and made it super easy for us as the buyers. We also worked with his wife, Beth, along the way and she is wonderful!

We used Robb as our selling agent and he did a great job! He always kept us in the loop with showings and feedback. He did a great job with communicating between us and our buyer. I felt very prepared in our closing because of all of prep work he had done. He was also very professional and kind.

Even though moving can be stressful, Legacy Realty really helped carry the weight. They had a way of putting you at ease through the whole process. I had full faith in them that they would do an excellent job and let us know exactly what we needed to do.

Their entire staff is lovely and they are some of the nicest people you will meet. They made our transition to a new home run seamlessly and I am so grateful!

We have known Jason Jacobs for over 10 years. We found him at a social event for young entrepreneurs. After a horrible experience with two previous agents, we decided to give him a try. Best decision my wife I have made. Over the years he has represented us in 2 transactions. We found Jason to be ethical, knowledgeable and most importantly reliable. He does what he says he will do! He also helped us have realistic expectations on both the buy and sell side of our transactions. He provided coaching along the way so we were better educated which helped us feel in control in both transactions. Even though we are not in the market for property he will reach out to “check in” with us once or twice year. Wow! How many of your past agents do that? Jason has worked hard to build a long-term solid business. You will notice a difference with him vs. those agents who will tell you what you want to hear. I don't know if you have ever tried to buy a house from more than 600 miles away, but I assure you it is not easy. Add in the fact that there are 3 families making this move, and the real estate agency has quite a task in front of them. We are grateful that we had Legacy Real Estate on our side. We thought more than once we had found our home but for one reason or another it didn't work out. Julia was continually optimistic and cheerful. We looked in person, and we looked virtually with Julia and our niece here touring for us. We listed a property in 2016 and with their excellent guidance and knowledge of the current market, we got an offer within the first 24 hours. After moving back to Missouri in 2019, we turned to them again to help us find our current home. In the past 3 years, with the help from Legacy Realty, I sold 2 homes, both were sold in like 36 hours, and I bought 2 homes. In the current market, and a smaller budget, it was tough finding the perfect place. After a lot of showings, I finally found one!

Jason, Robb and Julia were outstanding to work with. Things were going normal as far as a standard real estate transaction goes until the buyers ran into loan issues. A week before closing the buyer's financing fell through. In most cases this would have killed the entire deal. Jason and his team put the buyers in touch with a lender they have a great relationship with and they were able to salvage the deal. Not only was the deal salvage but the original closing date was barely moved back.

As with most things it is hard to understand the value of the people you are working with until things go south. Once that happens you really get a good idea of who and or what you are working with and Legacy shined when things hit the fan. Easy to work with, great communication, and they had my house sold in 2 weeks. HIGHLY recommend.
