Jason understood how difficult it can be to sell a home that you have loved for 30 years. He and his agency presented my home in its most favorable light, keeping me informed the entire time. I only had to wait 12 days from the time it was listed to contract. After the contract, Jason advised me about repairs and negotiated perfectly on my behave. I wholeheartedly recommend Jason and his staff for anyone's real estate needs.

My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a patient real estate agent who is a savvy negotiator. He was our buyer's agent in a recent new construction purchase here in Columbia. He is even keeled and answered innumerable questions about each property we considered (existing homes as well as new construction) on our journey toward home purchase. He has a wealth of experience in home remodeling, so understands many of the intricacies of home construction, which we found exceedingly helpful as he was able to explain details that otherwise would have been quite confusing. We found him to be approachable, responsive and focused first and foremost on our satisfaction with our purchase, even when it meant more work for him. We purchased as out-of-town buyers, so he supported us with video tours of potential properties and made multiple visits to our purchase property to ensure all the details fell into place as we approached closing.

Jason is one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with hands down (and we have worked with a lot of them). In a sea of agents who are only in the business for the money, he is that elusive agent you only hope do actually still exist in this world. From start to finish he was patient, understanding, knowledgeable and most importantly, making decisions and giving advice that was solely in our best interest. If you are moving in from out of state or town, he should definitely be your agent. I worked with another agent prior to Jason who knew very little about the area we were looking in and gave us inaccurate information consistently, but Jason has lived in the area his entire life and knows the history, the culture and the breakdown of every neighborhood in the area. He is the epitome of Southern hospitality and we are so fortunate to have met him and worked with him after a harrowing experience at another agency. Perhaps it was an act of providence, but if you want to move to Providence, SC he will definitely help you.
