About Jason
Jason brings a true D.C. area insider’s perspective as well as a passion for customer service to the real estate industry. Born and raised in Montgomery County, he has worked and lived across many neighbors in both DC and Maryland. From Petworth to Capitol Hill, and from Rockville to Chevy Chase, chances are good that Jason can tell you his favorite blocks, the commute time to different areas, and his favorite restaurants close by! His negotiating skills combined with superior client relations keep him in high demand, but he prides himself on his ability to treat every client as if they were his only one.
With a quarter of a billion dollars in real estate sales over the course of his career, he has been recognized as a Top Agent in The Washingtonian, Bethesda Magazine, Washington City Paper, Real Trends, and more. He has also been quoted in Forbes as well as The Huffington Post in regards to his valuations of historic DC landmarks including The Smithsonian and The White House.
Outside of work, Jason is an enthusiastic supporter of the DC area dining scene and an avid studio cyclist and yogi. He also works with local animal rescues in his spare time where he and his wife, Armanda, foster and train dogs. They currently reside in the Randolph Hills area of North Bethesda with their two Bull Terriers, Maya Jane Bulls, and Avon "Piggy" Barksdale.
