As someone who is very unfamiliar with the Philadelphia area, trying to find a new apartment was very overwhelming. My search felt like it was going nowhere and I was discouraged until a friend recommended Allen. Immediately, Allen set up a phone call and went through an overview of the process with my roommate and I. For the next following weeks, he sent a plethora of listings for us to view that were tailored to our vision of our next home in terms of location, views, amenities, safety, and so much more. Allen then set aside a few days for us to tour the listings with him where he drove us around the city and would help us with understanding what was around the area of each property, as well as asking the questions sometimes you forget to ask when touring a new place. After we chose a place to apply, Allen was very proactive about helping us get in contact with the property management to finalize a lease. Overall, Allen was incredibly responsive, friendly, and no doubt the very best help we could have received in this normally stressful process. I would recommend Allen and his team to anyone moving into the Philadelphia area. Thank you!!

my roomate and I worked with Allen to find an apartment when moving to Philly for grad school. He was great- listening to our requirements and setting up our potential listings on the website. This was a helpful talking point: both myself and my roomate could vote on potential listings until we got down to 15. Allen met with me when I visited town and showed me 10-12 properties throughout the day. From there, the decision was narrowed down to the unit we liked. he helped with the lease and other considerations like that as well. Finding Allen has been a godsend. My significant other and I were in the process of finding our first home together. He was able to show us a wide range of houses and apartments across South Jersey and Philly in a very narrow window period without complaints. His knowledge of the area is unmatched in regards to the units and surrounding area. He took the stress out of the process and made it enjoyable. He is prompt with his responses and able to help at all hours of the day and including weekends. After securing a location, he was even able to help me rent out my current location(had to exit the lease early). As long as I am in the South Jersey and Philadelphia region, Allen will be my go to realtor. 15/10 recommend.

Allen was very helpful finding me an apartment. First he asked us some questions about what we were looking for, then set up an online portal that listed places meeting our requirements. The portal sends you an email when new listings are added. After we picked out places we wanted to tour, Allen reached out to them and set up the tours. He went with us to the tours and took notes for us with all the important info to remember. Once we decided where we wanted to live, Allen worked with the property manager to help us with the application process.

Overall Allen was super helpful to set things up and get all of our questions answered. He was also able to give us advice about how things work since he’s familiar with the process. He always responded to our questions pretty quickly and he was super friendly.

Great service from the beginning to end with Allen. I live in Orlando, Florida and recently received a job offer up in downtown Philadelphia. I needed to move asap so I reached out to one of my close friends who in turn referred her realtor Allen to me.
